Membership terms

• Monthly membership, paid automatically each month. No joining fee.
• No minimum term. Cancel any time from your account.
• When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then stops. No refunds for part months.
• You can switch plans at any time from your account. Upgrades start immediately (you pay the difference for the rest of the month); downgrades start at your next renewal.
• If a payment fails, you can keep training for 3 days while you update your card. After that, check-in is paused until payment goes through.

• You’re signing up as the child’s parent or legal guardian, and you pay for their membership.

• One payment of for , by card online or in cash at the desk.
• It doesn’t renew by itself: when it ends, you choose again.
• It starts today, or the day after the membership you already have ends, so you never pay twice for the same days.
• No refunds for unused time.

• Paying in cash: one month, paid at the front desk. It doesn’t renew by itself; pay again at the desk to continue.
• Your request is kept for 7 days. Your membership starts when staff receive the cash.

• One payment of €10. We set up your account for you, so your QR code is always in the app.
• Valid only on the day you buy it: you can come and go until the end of that day.
• Day passes are non-refundable.
