Who sells

Items in the online shop are sold by Blood Sweat and Tears S.L. (CIF B06962971), trading as Marbella Combat Club, registered office Polígono Industrial La Campana, nave 41, 29670 San Pedro Alcántara, Marbella (Málaga) (the gym, where you pick up and return items: Polígono Nueva Campana, nave 41, Nueva Andalucía, 29660 Marbella, Málaga). Pick-up

You pay online and pick up your order at the front desk during opening hours. We email you when it’s ready, usually within 1–2 days. Prices include VAT. You get an invoice for every order.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can change your mind and withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you pick up the items, without giving a reason (Spanish consumer law, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, articles 102 to 108, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days end: email marbellacombatclub@gmail.com with your order code, or tell us at the front desk. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.

Bring the items back to the front desk within 14 days of telling us. Returning them at the gym costs you nothing.

We refund everything you paid, using the same payment method (your card), within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until we have the items back. You won’t pay any fee for the refund.

Please only handle the items as you would in a shop to check them. If an item comes back used or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Items that can’t be returned once opened

For health and hygiene reasons, mouth guards and other sealed items that come in hygienic packaging can’t be returned once the seal has been opened (article 103 e of the same law). If you haven’t opened them, the normal 14-day right applies.

Faulty or wrong items

All items have the legal 3-year guarantee against faults that existed when you received them. If something is faulty or isn’t what you ordered, bring it to the front desk or email us: we’ll repair it, replace it or refund it, at no cost to you. This is on top of your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Orders not picked up

If you can’t pick up your order, tell us and we’ll refund you in full.

Items bought at the front desk

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to online purchases. For things bought in person at the desk, you still have the 3-year guarantee for faulty items. Items bought in person can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty.
